It was a pleasure to photograph Luke and Laura’s wedding on the 29th of July with the ceremony being held at St Peter and St Paul’s Church and the reception back at Ellesborough Golf Cub.

I have known Luke and Laura for many years through playing on the same basketball team with Luke and it was great to see them tie the knot with a beautiful ceremony at St Peter and St Paul’s, in front of all their closest friends and family.

The weather played ball until after the ceremony and everyone enjoyed some time in the sunshine congratulating the happy couple before they walked through a confetti tunnel to their car to make the short trip just down the road to Ellesborough Golf Club.

The rain now set in but nobody cared as it was all laughs as the drinks flowed and everyone caught up and shared in the happiness of the day. Luke, Laura and all the bridal party were absolute troopers and nipped out with us between showers to get some great shots around the golf course.

The guests all enjoyed some great food with a hog roast buffet which was amazing! The cake was also pretty awesome with the golf themed cupcakes stacked high!

The speeches were one of the many highlights of the day and all the speakers did a great job, the guests were in hysterics at the many funny stories shared and there was some lovely words from Luke about his new wife.

It was soon time for Luke and Laura to hit the dance floor and have their first dance as husband and wife and their guests soon joined them to party the night away. We finished the days shooting with a cool rain shot which you will see below.

Luke and Laura, it was great to be a part of your wedding day and Rich and I loved every minute of it. I couldn’t wait to show you guys some photos so heres your sneak peek storyboard!
